Registered voters in College Station Independent School District approved two bond propositions, totaling $53.47 million, on May 4, 2024. The school district drew a majority vote from the community, with the uncanvassed count for Proposition A at 3,129 votes cast FOR (56.87%) and 2,373 votes cast AGAINST (43.13%), and 3,106 votes FOR (56.52%) and 2,389 votes AGAINST (43.48%) Proposition B.

College Station High School thespians qualify for International Thespian Festival, earn All-Star Troupe award

Dec. 6, 2023—Seven members from College Station High School Theatre Troupe 8209 qualified for the International Thespian Festival after competing in the Texas Thespians State Festival on Nov. 17. In addition, the troupe was among 37 troupes to be named an All-Star Troupe. This marks the third year in a row for the troupe to receive the award.
