STRATEGIC DESIGN PROCESS
Through partnership with engage2learn, College Station ISD engaged our community, staff and students in a strategic planning process during spring 2021 to set our course for the future.
The strategic design team included approximately 40 individuals including students, parents, teachers, principals, district administrators, and school board trustees. Grounded in community feedback, the team developed our vision, portraits, goals, specific actions and framework for success.
