CSISD Assistant Principal Fellowship
The College Station ISD Assistant Principal Fellowship program is for participants that completed the Aspiring Administrator Institute and as a result of that program have been identified as a potential candidate for the role of assistant principal in CSISD. The AP Fellowship participants are provided additional growth and development through experiential learning, purposeful reflection processes, as well as direct learning sessions. Each participant is assigned a leadership development mentor and they work with their mentor throughout the course of the program.
By the conclusion of the program, participants will have taken a deep dive into the CSISD Assistant Principal Role Specific Behaviors and Actions documents to better understand and learn the demands of serving as an assistant principal. The learning experiences are campus based experiences that are based upon areas of identified need through a rigorous self-assessment process that becomes the basis for the mentorship and coaching process.
