April 23, 2024–The District 21-5A softball season concluded April 19, with A&M Consolidated High School and College Station High School qualifying for the UIL playoffs that begin April 25.
College Station claimed the district title for the first time since 2019 with a 13-1 district record. A&M Consolidated placed third in district play with a record of 11-3.
The following bi-district three-game series’ are set for this week:
- College Station will play Waco ISD’s University High School:
- Game 1: April 25 at 6 p.m. at College Station High School
- Game 2: April 26 at 5 p.m. at Waco ISD Stadium
- Game 3 (if needed): 30 minutes after Game 2
- A&M Consolidated will face Killeen ISD’s Shoemaker High School:
- Game 1: April 25 at 6 p.m. at Shoemaker High School
- Game 2: April 26 at 6 p.m. at A&M Consolidated High School
- Game 3 (if needed): 30 minutes after Game 2
