Intermediate schools succeed at UIL A+ District Meet

CSISD intermediate school students earned 131 medals and ribbons at the Intermediate UIL A+ District Meet on Feb. 24. In addition, all three CSISD intermediate schools were awarded overall trophies for total points in each grade level. Pecan Trail Intermediate School earned first place; Oakwood Intermediate School took home second place; and Cypress Grove Intermediate School placed third.

CSISD Education Foundation receives inaugural endowment for teacher grants

Thanks to the generosity of Tom and Laura Hafford, the College Station ISD Education Foundation has established its first named endowment for teacher grants. Given to honor their daughter, Jill Faith who is a counselor at A&M Consolidated High School, the Hafford Family Endowed Teacher Grant will provide $1,000 annually to support teacher grants.
