May 9, 2024–CSISD high school students qualified for the 2024 University Interscholastic League (UIL) Academic State Meet in 13 events following the Region III-5A Academic Meet held April 26-27 at Fulshear High School. In addition, students advanced to the state meet as alternates in 13 events.
A&M Consolidated High School placed second overall at the regional competition with 155 points, won team championships in computer science and speech, and placed second as a team in accounting and mathematics.
College Station High School placed third overall at the regional competition with 140 points, won a team championship in current issues and events, and placed second as a team in number sense and science.
College Station High School current issues and events team earned first place at the Region III-5A Academic Meet to advance to the state competition.
