March 21, 2024–The District 21-5A soccer season concluded March 8, with A&M Consolidated High School boys’ and girls’ and College Station High School boys’ teams qualifying for the UIL playoffs that begin March 26.
A&M Consolidated girls’ claimed the district title for the second year in a row, boasting a perfect 14-0 record in district play. The Tiger boys’ also finished first in 21-5A with a 10-1-3 district record.
College Station boys’ enter playoffs after finishing second in district with a 10-2-2 record.
The following bi-district matchups are set for next week:
- A&M Consolidated girls’ will meet Waco ISD’s University High School at 6:30 p.m. on March 26 at Hearne Stadium (1407 Cedar St., Hearne, TX);
- A&M Consolidated boys’ will play Killeen ISD’s Chaparral High School at 7 p.m. on March 26 at Joseph L. Searles Stadium III (4400 Chaparral Rd., Killeen TX); and
- College Station boys’ will face Killeen ISD’s Shoemaker High School at 7:30 p.m. on March at Yoe Field (201 E. 15th St., Cameron, TX).
