March 20, 2024–Three CSISD girls’ powerlifting athletes earned medals and eight others placed in the top 25 at the 2024 Texas High School Women’s Powerlifting Association (THSWPA) State Championships held at the Comerica Center in Frisco on March 15-16.
College Station High School junior Jessica Kolodziejczyk placed second, and junior Giovanna Castellani and senior Keileigh Bowie placed fifth in their respective weight classes.
