Know Before You Go: AMCHS and CSHS Graduation

  • Reed Arena Clear Bag Policy will be in effect: Clear Bag Policy - Texas A&M Athletics -12thMan.com
  • NO outside food or beverages (Exception: a guest may bring 1 sealed plastic bottle of water)
  • Concession stands will be open with bottled water and light snacks only. Concessions take only CARD payments.
  • If you have mobility issues, the first 3 rows of each 100 level section are reserved for you. You may have 2 family members sit with you, but your entire family cannot sit together in these rows due to limited amount of seating and being respectful of others who need it as well. Please arrive early if you are in a wheelchair as there are limited sections for your seating. Please see an Usher or Staff member for assistance in getting seated.
  • No strollers, medical scooters, or baby carriers are allowed in the seating bowl.
  • All Staff, Faculty, and Stage Party on the LOWER LEVEL of Reed Arena must have a credential on. No one will be admitted to the lower level without a credential. No friends or family (including children of stage party) will be admitted to the lower level unless they have a credential on.

PROHIBITED ITEMS

  • Professional cameras defined as lenses greater than 3 in.
  • Video cameras
  • Artificial noise makers
  • Balloons
  • Air horns
  • Glass vases (flowers are allowed as bouquets)
  • Signs and posters
  • Food & beverages (except one sealed clear plastic bottle of water)
  • Firearms & weapons
  • Tobacco products (of any kind)
  • Strollers, medical scooters, and baby carriers can only be parked on the concourse. NOT in the handicap areas.
  • Skateboards & scooters
  • Tripods and selfie sticks
  • Pets- Service Animals are allowed with documented tasks that the animal has been trained to do.
  • Reusable cups or bottles

  • Visitor parking will be in Lot 100 (100 A,B,C,E,F) around Reed Arena. With overflow parking in Lot 100 D. Parking Map
  • Parking is $10 CASH or you may pre-pay using this link: https://tamu.pmreserve.com/ about a month before the event.
  • VIP Parking is in Lot 100 G (see link to map above.) Please have your parking pass displayed in your vehicle.

ENTRANCES

  • Attendees enter through North, East, South, or West entries. The Main entry is the preferred entry to anyone with mobility issues.
  • Doors will open 1 hour prior to the ceremony.
  • People with Mobility issues please park in Lot 102 and enter through the Main Entry. You will need a handicapped placard in your vehicle.
  • Graduates entry—North public stairwell. There is a giant sign that says “Graduates Enter Here”
  • Graduates may start lining up in the Practice gym 2 hours before their ceremony.

EXIT

  • Graduates will exit the arena floor through the loading dock and walk up the outside ramp.
  • Graduates please move left or right at the top of the ramp and meet your parents near the South, West, North, or East entrances. DO NOT STAY IN THE LOADING DOCK OR AT THE TOP OF THE RAMP.
  • Attendees please exit from the North, East, South, West, or Main exit and have your graduates meet you. Please do not meet your graduates in the loading dock area.
