Coverage Begins: September 1, 2022
CSISD employees must enroll in a medical plan between June 20 and July 25, 2022 to receive their new insurance card by September 1, 2022. Employees who enroll between July 26 and August 12 will have insurance coverage beginning September 1, but they will not receive their insurance card by September 1. The card will be delivered at a later date.
