Middle School Playing Fields - $13.160 Million
- This project will allow CSISD to turf the football fields and add LED lighting at all three middle schools, resulting in more practice time, fewer delayed or canceled games, improved field conditions, and less facility and grounds maintenance.
- This project will increase the seating capacity at all three middle school stadiums from 400-450 to 900.
- The restroom and concessions facilities at A&M Consolidated Middle School and College Station Middle School will be rebuilt. Per code additional restrooms will be added at Wellborn Middle School.
- The tracks will be resurfaced at College Station Middle School and Wellborn Middle School. (CSMS was resurfaced with 2021 bond funds.)
